Volunteer Opportunities

We get calls and emails everyday from people who generously want to volunteer their time or services to help support HHN and the nation’s wounded Heroes. Since we are located in Palm Harbor, FL, volunteer opportunities at our headquarters are limited to those in the area, but we encourage and welcome assistance from volunteers across the country. Below are some examples of ways people can volunteer and help spread HHN's mission.

Pass out literature

You can ask to put literature in stores, give them to organizations, clubs, or companies to help spread awareness and possibly generate sponsorships or new fundraisers from people who have not yet heard about us.

Volunteer at local Events

Many of our events use volunteers to help with set-up, registration, clean up, handing out prizes, etc. If you would like to volunteer your time at an event in the Tampa Bay area, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. Offer goods and/or services

Provide private land, and/or accommodations for Veterans and their families needing to temporarily relocate for medical treatments.

Provide transportation or airfare miles for Veterans who are traveling out of state.
