How do I refer a veteran I know who needs medical treatments?

The process is very easy. The veteran in need just fills out our short application, which can be found by clicking here. You can also refer a veteran to an HHN representative by clicking here. An HHN representative will then process the application, and get him/her on the next step to a smooth recovery.
